The Masked Dancer UK spoilers follow.
The Masked Dancer UK finale took place tonight (Saturday, June 5), revealing the identities of the last four celebrities in the competition.
To reach this point in the competition over the last week were Scarecrow, Zip, Carwash and Squirrel.
Ahead of crowning The Masked Dancer winner, the first celebrity to be unmasked, landing in fourth place was Tamzin Outhwaite as Scarecrow.
While none of the judges guessed her name, guest judge Holly Willoughby was particularly surprised to see Tamzin behind the mask since the two are "practically related" as Holly's husband is Tamzin's cousin. The This Morning star even recognised some of the soap star's moves from their shared Boxing Day shenanigans.
In third place, it was Howard Donald as Zip. Donald is best known for being a member of multi-million-selling pop group Take That.
After being unmasked, the shocked judges admitted they should have known it was him from his breakdancing moves and called him "one of the most recognisable faces in the country".
Coming in second place was Bonnie Langford as Squirrel. Bonnie is an iconic performer who starred in Doctor Who as Mel from 1986 to 1987. She also appeared in EastEnders as Carmel Kazemi from 2015 to 2018.
The judges praised her for her youthful-looking performances and sassiness under the guise of Squirrel.
To win the first edition of The Masked Dancer UK was Carwash, who was revealed to be former-gymnast Louis Smith.
The characters on the show this year are truly unique as 12 weird and wonderful costumes competed in the Masked Singer spin-off show: Frog, Knickerbocker Glory, Beagle, Llama, Beetroot, Rubber Chicken, Flamingo, Viper, Carwash, Scarecrow, Squirrel and Zip.
The Masked Dancer and The Masked Singer airs on ITV.
