I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here star Vernon Kay has revealed that he still hasn't fully adjusted to life outside the castle after taking part in the reality TV show last year.
The presenter headed to Wales when the show moved from its usual Australian location, and made it to the final alongside Jordan North and eventual winner Giovanna Fletcher.
Speaking exclusively to Digital Spy about the launch of his new show, Game Of Talents, Vernon said: "I still can't eat more than three meals a day, I still have some stomach trouble. Nothing serious, I just kind of lost my appetite.
"We had Giovanna and Jordan on the show and they said they put their weight back on straight away. I think I have a really weird metabolism to be honest, I really had to focus on eating to put on weight because my metabolism is so quick."
Speaking about his I'm a Celebrity reunion on the new ITV game show, Vernon added: "It was lovely to see them.
"We're on a WhatsApp group and we send messages and videos but it's not the same as seeing someone face to face. We had a good old chinwag and a good old catch up. We reminisced and talked about a few things. It was really nice to see them again, it was lovely.
"All of them we're in contact with. Everyone was brilliant, really, really nice, really up for it and there was no-one there just to increase their Instagram followers or anything like that. They were just a really nice group of people."
Speaking of his new gameshow Game Of Talents, Vernon said: "It's a great format, a brilliant show and I'm not just saying that because I'm hosting it.
"It really is a fun, interactive, subversive gameshow and I couldn't turn it down. If someone else hosted it I'd be gutted because it's just so good."
"It's definitely a play along show," he added. "It's one of those wear people will be commenting on social media, where people will be guessing what the talent is.
"But also the reaction of the celebrities and our contestants because some of them are pretty obvious, and some are far from obvious. I think it's some of those reactions that are just as entertaining as the reveals of the talents. There's so much to talk about."
Game of Talents starts this Saturday (April 10) at 7.30pm on ITV.
