Love Island's Molly-Mae pokes fun as she recalls first meeting with boyfriend Tommy Fury

"The biggest lie I have ever, ever heard."

Love Island star Molly-Mae Hague has poked fun at her first meeting with co-star-turned-boyfriend Tommy Fury.

The pair met on the 2019 series of the ITV2 reality show, and in an Instagram Stories video she looked back on their first meeting on her TV.

In the scene, the duo sat in the hot tub as he told her that he was a good cook and would have to make her an omelette in the morning.

Molly-Mae captioned the video, writing: "The biggest lie I have ever, ever heard. 'Might have to cook you a little om(e)lette' PLEASE TOMMY," alongside four laughing emojis.

"This absolutely kills me because he can barely use a microwave but I actually believed him hahahaha."

The pair have been together since the show finished, and have been looking at buying a house together, but recently pulled out of buying one because Molly-Mae was not enamoured enough with it.

"We went to see the house again after we put the offer in, and I was like, 'I don't like it'," she said.

"I just had this epiphany and was like, 'Tommy, I just don't see us living in this house. I don't see us in that kitchen cooking dinner, it doesn't feel right.'

"And just like that, we are back to square one again so that's where we are at so far. I am the fussy one out of us two and I will continue."
