Hollyoaks spoilers follow.
Hollyoaks has released a dramatic new trailer previewing the show's autumn storylines – and fans should brace themselves for a shock.
The new teaser footage confirms a devastating death storyline, big changes at The Dog and more revelations for the Maalik family to deal with.
Here's a full collection of 11 big moments spotted in the promo.
1. Brody's dramatic exit
Following weeks of rumours, Hollyoaks bosses have confirmed that Brody Hudson will be leaving the show in a huge new storyline.
This week's episodes see Brody's ex-fiancée Summer make a dangerous return to exact her final revenge. She holds Brody and Sienna at gunpoint but seems to have underestimated Sienna, who later manages to overpower her.
Just when it seems like Brody and Sienna could get their happily-ever-after, there's another shocking turn of events as Brody is killed in a hit-and-run incident.
A devastated Sienna later tells the police that she knows exactly who was responsible.
2. Warren could kill again
Warren continues down a villainous path, but there's trouble ahead for him when Felix finds out that he was responsible for Walter's recent attack outside Price Slice. Felix confronts Warren, who's smug and threatening in response.
Warren is seen hinting that he's ready to claim another murder victim and also appears to bury something (a body?) with Fergus out in the woods.
3. Mercedes gives up The Dog
It's the end of an era for The Dog in the Pond, as Mercedes decides to hand the village's popular pub over to Fergus. Mercedes makes this drastic move in order to pay off Sylver's loan, after he made the mistake of trusting Fergus a few weeks ago.
As Mercedes heads out of the village for some sun, the rest of the family have to deal with their new landlord in her absence. We know that Fergus always has some sinister tricks up his sleeve, so it's clear that Mercedes may live to regret her choice.
4. Tony takes over the pub
Tony was recently forced to say goodbye to The Hutch after the restaurant was plunged into a financial crisis that there was no coming back from.
However, when The Dog's new owner Fergus needs to appoint a manager for the pub, he decides to recruit Tony to the position and asks to buy The Hutch in return for the favour. But where does this leave the McQueens?
5. Sid finds a new love interest
Sid has struggled to find love over the past few months, largely due to his lack of self-confidence after losing his leg.
However, the trailer reveals that a new face in the village will take a shine to Sid, which could pave the way for a romance.
6. Felix takes some new risks
Felix's top priority in the coming weeks will be supporting Martine as she prepares for her surgery. However, this won't be the only thing on his mind.
The trailer hints at more risks for Felix as he makes a surprising request to Joel, seeking his help. He also sets up a meeting with PC Franks.
7. Misbah shares the truth over Shaq's father
Misbah is currently keeping quiet about Dr Ali being Shaq's biological father. After weeks of silence, Misbah decides to share the truth with her daughter Yazz, who seemingly won't keep the information to herself.
Misbah tries to explain her reasoning for keeping the truth under wraps for so long, but this may not be enough to put off Shaq from wanting to get to know Ali.
8. Nancy worries about Charlie and Ella
Charlie and Ella have been brought closer following their ordeal with County Lines and the death of Jordan.
As Charlie and Ella's relationship takes a more serious turn, Nancy fears that it could lead to underage sex.
9. Olivia finds herself at odds with Goldie
Although Olivia and Prince have overcome some early hurdles in their relationship, Olivia struggles to fit in with the rest of the McQueen family.
Olivia is keen to get going with her wedding planning, but encounters problems with Goldie along the way. Are happy families a long way off?
10. Timmy attacks Juliet
Timmy's creepy obsession with Peri escalates as he decides to target her girlfriend Juliet.
Timmy attacks Juliet by pushing her down the stairs outside the Lomax flat – and may also pose a threat to Peri when he confronts her in the aftermath.
11. Michael Starke returns
Michael's character will now be back for another appearance.
