The most exciting shopping day of the year – Amazon Prime Day – is just around the corner, and it will be the perfect time to beef up your home security with Amazon Ring doorbells.
These smart doorbells are an excellent choice for anyone wanting to feel a bit more secure, as they are equipped with motion-sensitive cameras that can alert your devices to any detected movement.
On top of its primary security features, Ring Video Doorbell hosts the Neighbours app that will keep you aware of any incidents or events in your neighbourhood that have been shared by other users.
If you're looking for smart security this Prime Day, Amazon Ring doorbells definitely provide value for the money.
What is Amazon Prime Day?
Prime Day is an annual series of sales that will provide extensive discounts on thousands of items – including some of Amazon's products, such as Fire TV sticks, Echo Dot devices and, of course, Ring security products.
In order to take advantage of these massive savings, you will need to be a Prime member.
How do I sign up for Amazon Prime?
It's easy! Anyone brand new to Amazon can take advantage of a 30-day free trial – just in time for Prime Day – by clicking here. Otherwise, a Prime subscription costs £7.99 a month, or £79 for one full year.
Prime Day is actually just one major benefit of being a Prime member. Every membership comes with access to Amazon Music Prime (which is different to Amazon Music Unlimited), Prime Video and Prime Gaming.
Plus, you'll qualify for free next-day shipping on physical items you order – which will come in handy with any purchases you make on Prime Day.
Please do note that your credit card will be charged at the end of your 30-day free trial unless you have cancelled before the trial has ended.
When is Amazon Prime Day?
Amazon Prime Day will be here before you know it — with epic sales now confirmed to be taking place from June 21 through June 22.
Amazon has moved Prime Day back to its traditional slot in the summer for 2021. Last year was an exception, as COVID-19 delayed Prime Day until October.
