Victoria was the past president and owner of her own mortgage company from 1993 to 2006 with oversight of 1 GM, 2 processors, and 25 loan officers. In 1997 Victoria's company was rated #3 for being the top female owned business with production levels as high as $100 million annually. In 2008, Victoria continued with banking where she created expansion teams for mortgage banking companies on a national level and built them locally in other states.
In 2012, Victoria was approached by a local real estate company to take them to a national level. Within 8 short months she was promoted to operations manager with oversight of the transaction coordination department for 14 agents with a production level of a minimum of 60 transactions.
In 2015, Victoria decided she wanted to further her expertise and joined forces with Keller Williams Partners to coordinate their real estate agents' transactions, thus Armour Transaction Coordination was created with her long time colleague, Heidi Bissitt
Today Armour Transaction Coordination currently oversees mega agents', new agents', and seasoned agents' transactions in two Keller Williams locations in Colorado Springs, CO, and has recently expanded to New York.
Victoria is also a liscensed real estate agent (Colorado License #FA100068967). In her free time she loves to spend time with her family, read case law, and travel.
